The Same But Different!
This weeks challenge was to create two cards with the same layout but different colors and stamps. So I randomly opened my brand new Stampin Up catalog to a page and picked a layout to use. The layout was on page 39 I believe. Here is a picture (sneek peek of new set too) of the layout I chose to use.

And here is my first card using the new set Dreams du Jour and the new designer papers Bella Rose. These papers are beautiful. I really like a lot of the new papers coming out. I also used all 2008 in colors. Kiwi Kiss, Red Riding Hood Red and Pink Pirouette.
Other supplies used: Silver Hodgepodge, old olive ribbon, ruby red marker, Nestabilities and Cuttlebug. And now for my next card.....
I am so happy this set AND papers made it into the new catalog!
Stamps: Tart and Tangy and All in a Row
Paper: Real Red, Old Olive, Bashful Blue, Whisper White and the Summer Picnic dp
Ink: Basic Black
Other: markers, gel pen, build a brad, SAB rub ons and Nestabilities
I am off to VBS today is the final day - well we do come back on Sunday and sing to our congregation, but as far as regular VBS this is the last day. I will have the kids sing all of their songs for their families today. Can't wait they are soooooooo good!
