Monday Lunchtime Sketch Challenge 346 (TSSC346)

Can you believe it is only days from Christmas!  Oh my--I really have a lot to get done.  Been really busy as you probably can tell by my lack of posts--I have only been getting this post done and not much more--sorry.  At least I am keeping up with the sketch challenges--kinda-I never had a sample for last week.  Anyway, I hope you are ready for the holiday and that you will have a little down time so you can play along this week.  I have a great sketch for you to try and I know you will need a little break from everything at some point this week!  At least I know I will, lol!  So let's get right to it.  Here is this week's sketch.....

I think it is a pretty easy one--and fun too!
I shortened mine to a regular size card because I was adding it to a gift set for a friend that I bowl with.  I made here six cards two each of three different designs with the peacock--she loves peacocks, so I am sure she will enjoy these!  They were fun to color too. I will share the other ones with you soon.  I have lots of cards made and ready to share I just don't have the time to sit down and post them.   Here is my sample:

I have really been obsessed with these colors as of late--I bet you knew that!  But they really are so pretty on the peacock--and close to true colors too.  I left the rest of the card plain and simple.  And the inside has a partial peacock image in black, not colored--and then it is left bland for note cards.
Stamps: Perfect Peacock
Paper: Pear Pizzazz, Soft Sky, Island Indigo, All is Calm DP
Ink: Momento
Other: ribbon, circle dies, scallop edge punch, blendibilities

Now for the rest of the Design Teams samples....

Super cute!  Love them all.  Now it is YOUR turn to play!
Hope to see your sample below on the linky tool.

Remember you have a full week.

Here are some basic rules for the challenge....
  1. You have a full week to play along!
  2. Create a new card using the sketch as your inspiration.
  3. Use any products you choose.
  4. Add your card to your blog or other on-line spot and link back to this challenge.
  5. Come back here and add a direct link to your sample for the challenge and NOT you home page of your blog--people will not look for your challenge card--trust me.
  6. And this one is not really a rule but a request--get rid of that word verification!  It makes it hard for us to comment on your samples.  It is easier for you to delete the spam then for us to jump through tons of hoops to comment.  If your put your comments on moderation you do not have to worry about spam--you will have the option to delete it BEFORE it ever goes on your blog so you will ALWAYS be safe!
  7. Have fun and tell you friends to play too!
    Add your sample below
    Thanks!  Mary Jo
