YIKES--am I ever sick!

I am going to post my sketch but the rest will have to wait. I can barley hold my head up. I have been in bed for two days, boy sure hope this goes away soon. HORRIBLE.

Here is the sketch. I have not compiled last weeks and pulled a winner yet but I will hopefully later today.

Blogger's Challenge--Alter It

I bought this waste basket months ago on sale at Office Max I think??? Who know where I get half the stuff I have, lol. So I thought it was probably time to alter it. I wanted to show off the cute new papers that will be available from Stampin Up! July 1st. So cute. When I get the time I will make some matching pieces like a light switch cover, night light and picture. Won't that be cute for a kids room? Here is what it looked like before altering.


And here it is with the papers all done up. Kinda of cute. I guess? Not what I was thinking but not horrible.

Where are you from?
From Elena: make a card that will represent the city, state or country where you live. (or where you were born/raised) For example, I live in WI, so I can use cheese, mouse, cows images on my card. If you are from Florida you can make a card using Disney images....etc...

This was such a fun challenge I hope you will play along. Hope over to Kerry's Blog and see what the rest of the team did and start thinking of what you want to do for your card.

Here is mine, I live in Orchard Park, NY which is right by Buffalo NY. We are know for our SNOW and to be the City of Good Neighbors. Hence the snowmen welcoming you to the neighboorhood. I love this layout too. It was from the CPS site. I just found them and they have lots of great sketches.

The snowmen on this card are from a brand new hostess set that will be available July 1st.

Fun with the new Gazelle!

I cut these cute cards with my new Gazelle! So easy and fun to work with. The first one is using the brand new in-color from Stampin Up! Dusty Durango and the new DP called Razzleberry Lemonade.

The next one is using the new SUINK stamp set You're A Hoot! Such a darling set. I also used core-dinations cardstock. Can you tell how it is sanded around the flower.



Speaking of SUINK. Can you believe that it has been a whole year already. There will be a Huge Anniversary bash with HUMONGOUS giveaways and lots of fun. Be sure to stay tuned. It will all begin with our Sneak Peek Blog hop on July 1st. Don't miss the fun.
