A thank you to a friend who is a blessing to me!

You are a blessing to me!  This was created for a friend who has recently decided to join the shop club with me--so of course I want to thank her.  She is a sweet friend who suffers from insomnia and I am hoping that out Rest EZ product will help her out and give her some relief!  It has helped so many of my friends so I think it will!

Anyway this is the Country Home stamp set and it is a really great one. I have used it so many times already!

The beautiful shimmery paper that is used on this card is from the Share What You Love Specialty Designer Series Paper pack!  I honestly think the last 10 or more cards have used this--I just can't get enough of it.

The inside of the card is decorated with a little bit of marker and more designer paper--oh and my favorite--scallop die from the Seasonal Layers Dies.  Love the big bold scallops.

The colors are Daffodil Delight, Old Olive and Crumb Cake.  Great combo--of course I add the black marker and Whisper White paper.

Hope you like it and even more important that that I hope my friend likes it!

Here are the products used....

Monday Lunchtime Sketch Challenge 341 (TSSC341)

Welcome to week number 341 of my sketch challenges!  I hope you find time to play along this week--remember you have a full week to participate.  Here is this week's sketch....

And my sample. I am finally using my Four Feathers stamp set!

I really loved this set when I first seen it--had to have it--then seen a bunch of samples I did not like with it and was afraid to use it, lol!  But I am ok with this.  Don't love it, don't hate it.  I do love that it was really quick as I have had a crazy busy weekend and I didn't want to be creating for too long tonight.  I also used my fringe scissors for the first time!

Stamps: Four Feathers, Something to Say
Paper: Pear Pizzaz, Lost Lagoon, Soft Sky, Whisper White, Smokey Slate, DP
Ink: Soft Sky, Lost Lagoon
Other: framelits, large polka dot embossing folder, twine, fringe scissors

Now for the rest of the team's samples....

I really love these ladies, they are so talented.

Now you get to play along--remember you have a full week.
Be sure to hop back to this post and add your sample to the linky tool below.

My friend for Try Stamping on Tuesday!

It is my week again for the Try Stamping on Tuesday Challenge!   I have had this new Lovely Lace embossing folder for a bit and have never used it so I thought I would use it for the focal point of this card.  I embossed the Cajun Craze background CS with the folder then embossed another scrap of the same color and cut out the flower.  Finally I used a sponge and added some Cajun Craze ink over the flower to make it pop a bit.

Here is the sketch....

Here are the supplies used on this card.

Stamps: And Many More
Paper: Mossy Meadow, Soft Suede, Cajun Craze, Color Me Autumn DP, Whisper White
Ink: Mossy Meadow, Cajun Craze
Other: Lovely Lace Embossing folder, white candy dots, rhinestones

Don't forget about my newest tutorial...

I am excited about this new tutorial--six cards with step by step directions, color photos, cut dimensions and more.  Not to mention that all of the cards are easily reproduced and mail with one stamp!  Love that.

As always you only pay
$2.50!

All six cards use the same colors and only the one stamp set!
Kinda Eclectic is a great set and I have other samples on my blog that you can view too.

This would be a great class for my demonstrator friends.

Monday Lunchtime Sketch Challenge 301!

A brand new sketch for you--I think it is a fun one although I have been feeling pretty lousy for a few day and it seems to be playing havoc on my mo-jo so I do not like my sample at all-but maybe I will re-do one later in the week when I have more energy--I don't know about you and were you are but around here I have had just about ENOUGH of the snow and cold.  I could use a few days of sun to lift the spirits, ya know.  Anyway, here is this week's sketch.....

And my sample....

I was thinking simple and masculine--I think I just got plain, lol!
Oh well, it happens to us all once in a while right?!

Details about my card:
Stamps: Peachy Keen
Paper: Coastal Cabana, Baked Brown Sugar, So Saffron and Retro Fresh DP
