4 of a Kind! A new challenge too!

I am going to try to focus on easy and demonstratable cards on Wednesdays for a while.  I am actually going to do it as a challenge on the Latenightstamper's group and would love if you want to play along.  It is easy and free to join the group and you do not have to be a demo either.  Come on over and play along.

Today's challenge is going to be easy and demonstratable cards made with the SAB set Happy Moments.
And of course since I used the happy birthday sentiment on all four cards they fit the Latenightstamper's weekly challenge too--birthday celebrations.

I actually made four cards while I had the products out.

All four cards are made with
Happy Moments Stamp Set
2 sheets of Kraft Cardstock
1/2 sheet of DP
Four markers
Blender Pen
Basic Black and Chocolate Chip ink
and a few punches.

Here are the cards individually........

Hope you will consider playing along with this new challenge!

Ahhh, the signs of spring!

Not that I have seen any humming birds or flowers but I have indeed seen the SUN and that my friends is enough to make me very happy!  I even cleaned up all the dog (you know what from the winter) and did some other outside things.  And my son got to ride his bike around a bit!  Yippee.

So because of the beautiful weather I decided to use this new set--Spring Song.  It is a bit of a strange mix of colors but I think I like it.  Won't know for sure till I see it again in the morning, lol!

I made it a birthday card so that it would fit the Latenightstamper's challenge for the week.

Stamps: Spring Song, Well Scripted
Paper: Crushed Curry, Whisper White, Rich Razzleberry DP, Sweet Pea Paper Pack
Ink: Basic Black
Other: markers, watercolor pencils, build a brad, blender pens, circle punch, paper piercer, mat pack

Hope you have a great night.  Thanks for stopping by.

Featured Stamper Challenge 8 for the week of March 14th-20th

Cleaning out again! Can you believe my basement flooded AGAIN.  This is really getting old, lol.  Any way I am almost done cleaning up again so I can begin to create again.  Today is the challenge I host on the Stampin Connection Group.  This is a group for US Demo's that Stampin Up has done for us.  Kind of like SCS but ALL Stampin Up!  Each Sunday I host a Featured Stamper and we all find a card or project in her gallery to inspire us--or CASE.  There are a few rules though, you must change at least two things.  If you are a US demo come on over and play.

This week's Featured Stamper is Wendy Hawkinson.  I actually chose two of  her cards to work with, I loved the colors of the one and the design of the other so I combined them.  Here is my card...

Here are her two cards that I was inspired by...

Supplies for my card...

Stamps: Vintage Vogue, Whimsical Words
Paper: Chocolate Chip, Pixie Pink, Whisper White
Ink: Pixie Pink, Pumpkin Pie, Chocolate Chip, Old Olive
Other: Scallop Trim Border Punch, SU Sizzlitst , wide oval punch, ribbon, Flower Fusions, brad

Hope you have a fabulous Sunday!
