All the feels of REAL love! The piggies know how it feels!

Have you ever felt so loved that you can just lay around feeling amazing for hours after spending time with someone--you know that special person who just knows how to make you feel like a princess  👸  and you can think of nothing else?  This is the feeling I was imagining for these darling pigs today!

Close your eyes and try to imagine how it feels ......

Now check out the expression on this pig who is just laying around in the grass with leftover kisses on his side just dreaming of his love......

Can you see the joy on his face?  So sweet--in case you do not recognize him this is the flying pig from the set with his wings cut off!

I wonder what his mate is feeling at this very moment??🤔

I bet she is feeling just as amazing as he is.  As a matter of fact, I bet she is dancing around her pen feeling like life is perfect!   Let's take a look......

Oh yes!  All the world is right and she is happy!  Love her little dance, don't you?  She is dancing with a little help from some fishing line!  So fun!

I hope you like my little dancing pig -- don't forget to come on back tomorrow for a new Take Two on Tuesday series.

Here are the supplies used for this card.

Matching card and gift made easy.

Yesterday I was going to meet my mom and her friend at bingo--her friend's daughter was celebrating her birthday.  I have only met her once before but I still did not want to show up empty handed--ya know what I mean?  So I quickly put together a fun little gift with matching card using out thinlet dies.  The whole thing cost me about $2 but seems like so much more--don't you agree?

I used our sunshine wishes dies to cut a flower out of vinyl for the cup and a matching flower from Marina Mist card stock for the card. The hello is from a retired die set called Hello You. I think it works perfectly on the mug. The card is made really quickly on our note cards. I used the brick wall background embossing folder and a few rhinestones to finish it off. The sentiment and inside are from the Five for All stamp set.
Quick and cute--you all know that is my kind of project.

I have a case of these mugs for just this type of project.  But this is the first time that I used our dies on vinyl.  I could not get the die to not cut through the image so I just added the die cut vinyl to a piece of transfer tape and then took the backing off to expose the sticky side.  Love how cute the card and cup looked together.

The Stamin Up! supplies used for this project are below and if you click on any of the items it will take you directly to my website for ordering purposes!  Don't forget if you do order anything to use the hostess code and get an extra free gift from me!  Over and above the Sale-a-bration gift from Stampin Up! available until March 31.

Happy Valentine's Day!

I hope your day is filled with lots of love and happiness.  I usually make so many Valentines but this year I only made this one.  And I just did it this morning-a little last minute!  But no worries--it was done on time--although the picture shows a little bit of glue that was still drying--trust me when I say it did NOT have that on there when I gave it to him.

I decided to see what my old friends at SU Only Challenges had going on for this week.  I have not played along with them in a long time.  Their challenge this week was to case he catty!  I was hesitant at first because for some reason I do not use our catalog for inspiration much.  Which is so silly really--I find that I look at the stamps but don't really focus on the samples much.  Well let's just say that is going to change!  I seen many cute designs that I could use for inspiration.  Sometimes we make the whole process harder than it has to be--Stampin Up gives us so many ideas and free projects printouts (if you are a demo) that can let ANYONE be an amazing crafter--you don't have to come up with an original idea EVER if you don't want.  And in this industry it is more than acceptable to CASE other designs.......

So with all of that stated here is my card for today......

it was perfect!  I did not have any of the sets that they used in the sample but I was able to make it work with sets I did have.  Love that!  Here is the catalog sample which is on page 137 of the main catalog.

I had to use a few different stamp set to get the desired look but I am happy with the outcome.

Wild and Soft Wisteria

Sounds like a crazy day or something likes crazy hysteria or wild Wisteria--but No........

It is just this week's color challenge on Splitcoaststampers.  Look at me!  Two challenges in a row.  Not bad huh?

So the colors that we are challenged to use are
Wisteria Wonder, Soft Sky and Wild Wasabi

Sounds like a pretty combo--and it immediately brought the Flourishing Phrases stamp set to mind.  Thought I would mix it with the rock and roll technique and see what happens.

I was a bit bummed though because I could have sworn that the matching dies cut out the large flower--but it does not 😞

So I had to do a bit of Fussy Cutting--which is not one of my favorites.

I am alright with the card though---what do you think?

I feel like it will take a while to get back into the flow of designing--can't find anything and lots of my markers and pads are kind of dry--that may end up costing me a whole bunch.

Anyway--enough yapping
here is my card for CC673

I'm back! Sending you all lots of love and SUNSHINE!

Wow, wow, wow!

A whole year has gone by since I have shared or even created.  Feels good to be back!  I just updated all the catalogs and such on my sidebar with the new Stampin Up! catalogs.   And classes will be beginning again soon!

Hope you guys will visit me again!  I have missed you all.

I decided to start off with a card for a dear friend of mine who is not only going through chemo right now but is stuck in his home and getting a little stir crazy!  With all the flu going around he is lucky his doctor will allow him to come in for treatments.  Praying that this card will lift his spirits and let him know that we are thinking of him.

I also decided to check out what the challenge was at Splitcoaststampers  (of course I needed some help remembering my password, lol)  Monday's they do a clean and simple challenge (CAS467) and the theme for today is "show me some heat", hence my sunshine!

Can't wait to feel some warm sunshine on my face--this winter has been extremely cold so this is a welcome theme for me!

I really need to find my camera and editing software.  I have a new computer since last year and need to get all my stuff for crafting and blogging back so please bear with me as I get back on track with all the details--I could not wait any longer--I was feeling the NEED to create!
