Try Stamping on Tuesday.

My week again.  I am still working with the Stacked with Love paper pack and creating Mother's day cards.  This sketch had me a bit confused at the beginning but it worked out in the end.  I used a heart doily that I have had for a few years!  And some older non-SU stamps.  Here is my card.....

Stamps:  And Many More, and a stamp from the old SUInk stamp line.
Paper: Basic Black, Real Red, Stacked with Love
Ink: Memento Black
Other: heart doily, heart framelit, rhinestones

Here is the sketch for you to try....

Check out the rest of the team samples and add your own HERE.

Thanks for checking in today--have a great day.

Try Stamping on Tuesday!

My week to post for the design team of Try Stamping - or not- on Tuesday challenge blog.  At first look at the sketch I was like oh my, what the heck am I going to do with that.  But after a  bit of thought this idea came to me and I think it is just adorable--especially since that in a Valentine set and I love the use sets for cards they are not originally designed for.  Be a great young boy card.

Stamps: Hey Valentine, Cupcake Party, And Many More and Just Saying
Paper: Basic Gray, Whisper White, Back to Black DP, scrap dp
Ink: Basic Black, Real Red
Other: word bubble framelits, markers
Here is the sketch for you to consider playing along with us.
Click here to add you sample or just see the rest of the teams samples and be inspired.
I just wanted to mention the name change before I go.  We are now "Try Stampin' - or Not - on Tuesday.  Too many of you thought that you have to stamp in order to enter a card.  That is not the case.  ALL FORMS of crafting are encouraged. So come on and play along.

Monday Lunchtime Sketch Challenge 333 (TSSC333)

What a great weekend I had.  We had our women's retreat with our church and it was amazing as always.  So nice to spend time with others who really "get it".  The group was filled with some amazing and God loving women.  And one of the other things that was really awesome is that they served Starbucks coffee all weekend!  Oh my I forgot how much I love that coffee--I get converted by the crazy amount of Tim Hortons around us.  You can find one every other block I swear--but there  are only a few Starbucks around and they are not on my regular routes.  I was loving it!  Hence my design for this week's sketch......

First I will show you the sketch....

And my coffee inspired card........

The inside says with enough coffee I could rule the world temporarily!  I really love this set but for some strange reason I do not use it much.  Guess it just don't really fit the occasions I make most of my cards for.  Here are the supplies used....

Stamps: Perfect Blend, And Many More
Paper: Soft Suede, Flowerpot Designer Paper, Whisper White
Ink: black
Other: candy dots

Here is the rest of the team's designs....

My friend for Try Stamping on Tuesday!

It is my week again for the Try Stamping on Tuesday Challenge!   I have had this new Lovely Lace embossing folder for a bit and have never used it so I thought I would use it for the focal point of this card.  I embossed the Cajun Craze background CS with the folder then embossed another scrap of the same color and cut out the flower.  Finally I used a sponge and added some Cajun Craze ink over the flower to make it pop a bit.

Here is the sketch....

Here are the supplies used on this card.

Stamps: And Many More
Paper: Mossy Meadow, Soft Suede, Cajun Craze, Color Me Autumn DP, Whisper White
Ink: Mossy Meadow, Cajun Craze
Other: Lovely Lace Embossing folder, white candy dots, rhinestones

Don't forget about my newest tutorial...

I am excited about this new tutorial--six cards with step by step directions, color photos, cut dimensions and more.  Not to mention that all of the cards are easily reproduced and mail with one stamp!  Love that.

As always you only pay
$2.50!

All six cards use the same colors and only the one stamp set!
Kinda Eclectic is a great set and I have other samples on my blog that you can view too.
Here

This would be a great class for my demonstrator friends.
