So very grateful for you!

I absolutely adore this new stamp set and I am so glad I finally got it.   I chose to go with non-autumn colors and I am dreaming of spring!  🌷🌷🌷🌷🌷

The Mint Macaron and So Saffron were my colors of choice, with a few pinks and blues--and the black and white of course.

The scallop die from the Seasonal Layers Thinlets set is one of my favorite dies.  I love big bold scallops and I think it looks great here!

I have a close up of the flower to show that I used little pearls on all of the circles on the image---but as you can see from the picture one of the pearls mysteriously disappeared 😮.  Funny how you don't notice it until you see the picture--that happens to me a lot!

BTW, isn't this embossing folder beautiful!?  I love it.  Looks like a tin ceiling!  Hence the name Tin Tile Dynamic Textured Impressions Embossing Folder.  Makes sense right, lol.

Here is the inside of the card too.  I love the little thanks in the corner.

Here are the supplies used for my sample today.

Take Two Tuesday! Bella style.

Seems I am finally getting back on track--Monday Mailer and Take Two Tuesday!  Yippee...I am so proud of myself, lol.

It has been a couple of weeks so I will answer that question--what is Take Two Tuesday? Each Tuesday I randomly--kinda 😏-- pick an older card from my stash to re-create using new products and ideas.  I have to admit that sometimes I like the old card better than the re-creation--but sometimes not!  At the end I always ask for your thoughts about which one you like best.  Kind of fun.

So here we go .....

My first picture is both cards together....

I actually think both cards are cute this week.  I didn't really think about the fact that the original card is a non Stampin Up image.  The paper is Stampin Up though.  I think that little dog came from a dollar bin at JoAnn's if my memory serves me correctly.  I thought that all of the little piece made the card adorable.  And the dog image too so I decided to stay with the dog theme and use Bella from Bella and Friends  Isn't she cute as can be????

I see now in the picture that maybe the words thank you should have been down a bit lower--I may have to change that after posting.   Other than that I think it turned out pretty cute.  The papers are from the Share What You Love Specialty Designer Series Paper.  Love the fun colors!

So here is the weekly question...
DO YOU LIKE THE OLD OR NEW CARD BETTER???

Here are the supplies used on the new card ....

Team Blog Hop!

I can not believe how excited I am!  Finally I created--first time in well over a year!  And how fun it was.  I am so happy that I decided to join my Stampin Up! Team blog hop--it forced me to finally get my butt in one spot--forget about all the new home stuff and just create!  It was so fun.  I used the new bundle called Thoughtful Branches.  What a great stamp set that comes with coordinating dies! This bundle will be available for non-demos from August 2nd until the 31st.  I combined the bundle with the brand new in colors.  Love them

So let me show you some of what I created for your viewing pleasure today.  My first project is actually going into a 12x12 frame and being sent to a friend of mine who is fighting cancer and other difficult things at the moment.  Thought it would be a nice reminder that I am thinking of her....Winter, Spring, Summer and Fall....

Isn't that fun--I love when you can make a stamp set work for any season or time of year.  This really is  a super versatile set.    I actually chose to make a simple thank you card next--one that could be used for any gender!  This time I used the the leave stamp and die.

I am really loving this new color Emerald Envy.  A really nice shade of green. I used the new in color Designer Paper stack too.  Love the font on the printed side of this paper.  Finally I had to make at lest one card with the hydrangea image as they are my favorites!  So I used the new Flirty Flamingo ink and paper for this fun girly card.

As I said previously this is such a fun set to work with--believe me you will be seeing much more with it from me!  Now that I created a few things I have the desire to do it more and more--of course you know how that goes.  So so good to be back!  Supplies listed at very end of post.

Thanks so much for visiting my blog today.  I am thrilled to be back in action and hope that you will return again real soon.  Be sure to hop on over to Nancy's blog to see what she created for or hop. I know it will be amazing--our team is full of fabulous talent!  Click the link above or the image below to go to the next blog on the hop.  The entire blog hop list is also inserted for your convenience.

Thanks again for visiting please take a moment to leave a comment with you thoughts.

Robbie

These girls never fail to have great designs!  Thanks so much ladies!
So are you ready to play along?
I hope you are, go and create and then when you are done come on back and add your sample to the linky tool below.

Here are some basic rules for the challenge....
  1. You have a full week to play along!
  2. Create a new card using the sketch as your inspiration.
  3. Use any products you choose.
  4. Add your card to your blog or other on-line spot and link back to this challenge.
  5. Come back here and add a direct link to your sample for the challenge and NOT you home page of your blog--people will not look for your challenge card--trust me.
  6. And this one is not really a rule but a request--get rid of that word verification!  It makes it hard for us to comment on your samples.  It is easier for you to delete the spam then for us to jump through tons of hoops to comment.  If your put your comments on moderation you do not have to worry about spam--you will have the option to delete it BEFORE it ever goes on your blog so you will ALWAYS be safe!
  7. Have fun and tell you friends to play too!
    Add your sample below
    Thanks!  Mary Jo
