So Many Challenges--So Little Time

I have been working on some challenges the last few days but haven't posted them here so here they are The first one is for the Technique Lover's Challenge on SCS. This week's challenge was called Tacky Glitter. I tried some chunky star glitter. Fun but way messy. As an after thought I added a silver star brad over the silver colored star on the big star. (didn't re-take the picture though).

Stamps: In the Stars
Paper: Real Red, Old Olive, Chocolate Chip, Baja Breeze, Whisper White and Ski Slope dp
Ink: Real Red, Baja Breeze, Old Olive
Accessories: chunky star glitter in red and silver, star punch, sticky strip, white gel pen, silver glitter pen

The next one is for today's color challenge on SCS. Today's colors were tough! They were Pumpkin Pie, Garden Green and Brilliant Blue. Now I love Pumpkin Pie and Brilliant Blue but when you add that Garden Green you scae me! that is one of those colors I just never liked. But it worked on this card--kinda, lol.

Stamps: Frolicking Frogs
Paper: Brilliant Blue, Garden Green, Pumpkin Pie, Whisper White, scrap pumpkin dp
Ink: Brilliant Blue, Basic Black
Accessories: copics, brads, circle punch, scallop circle punch, designer label punch, brads, cuttlebug, clear glaze pen
And finally this one. This is on a new group I am on, the challenge was to create a "manly" Valentine with a heart on it. To me "manly" means less bling, not frilly, simple. So that is what this is --simple. But I do love these colors.

Stamps: Every Moment, Moose You and Everyday Flexible Phrases
Paper: Real Red, Chocolate Chip, Whisper White, Ski Slope DP
Ink: Chocolate Chip, Baja Breeze, Real Red
Other: rub on, marker, mat pack and paper piercer

Well that's it for tonight, check back in the morning for the Whachadoin Wednesday Challenge!
