I am finally going to give you a sneak peek of the new products. This set and papers will be in the new catalog. Of course it is available to purchase now though as a customer sneak peek! You are going to love the beautiful specialty papers. So beautiful. Hard for me to pick which one I like better this week -- one is cute and one is pretty. Tough choice for me. What do you think? Here are the two cards next to each other.
It is with a heavy heart that I create today. I am so sadden by all the wonderful, bright and talented people who are losing their lives to overdose! I am sick to death of it, Friday was the fourth funeral I have been to to say goodbye to someone way too soon.
With tears in my eyes this day after Mother's day I am creating a card for a friend who just lost her beautiful daughter to this horrible epidemic. When will it stop?
The colors for Overdose Awareness are purple and silver along with a butterfly, hence my card for today's Make it and Mail it Monday....
Hey all! Sorry this is late--the card was ready this morning but I just didn't have the time to get the post done. But I knew you guys would be patient, lol.
As I said yesterday the Sprinkles of Life stamp set had not seen enough love so I am using it again today for my Take Two Tuesday post. This time I am using the cloud and rain drops. I had some fun with the retired sunburst die--I can't make a card with a rain front without making the sun shine on the inside--ya know what I mean??
So here are both cards together. can't remember the name of the flower stamp and I don't believe the sentiment is from the same set. Do you know the set names?? it has been a long day and my brain is just not working right now--I will update the post when I recall the name or one of you lovely friends lets me know the name!
Happy Monday! I am ready to make this a fabulous week--I am super busy with all types of things and some days are overbooked--go figure--but I will get through it all with a smile on my face! Spring is finally here and I have seen some sun--that makes everything OK!
Today's card is for a friend who is always reaching out to me--even though we do not see each other that much any more. No matter busy she is she always checks in with me if she does not see much on Facebook, blogs, texts etc. She is the sweetest and one of those friends that you know you can always count on! Love her.
As with all of my Monday cards the goal is to make it quick and get it in the mail. I chose to use the fun Sprinkles of Life set since it will be retiring soon and I have not given it as much love as it deserves. So many cute ideas can come from this set. I think I will play with it some more for this week's posts.
Here is her card....
Creativity is God's gift to you. What you do with it is your gift to God.

God whispers in your soul and speaks to your mind. Sometimes when you don't have time to listen, He has to throw a brick at you. It's your choice: Listen to the whisper, or wait for the brick. -unknown
Preach the Gospel at all times and when necessary use words. -St Francis of Assisi
God's "no" is not a rejection.
It's a redirection.
