It's your birthday so party hearty!

I decided to make another card with the sketch from Our Creative Corner. This one is much smaller and it is actually a gift card holder too. This will be one of the projects that we make at this months clubs. It is really a great color scheme although it looks a bit dark on this screen.

I kept the inside pretty plain. You can see it in the next picture.

These are so fast and easy to make that you got to love em!

Stamps: It's Your Birthday, Party Hearty, All in a row
Paper: Baja Breeze, Real Red, Whisper White card stocks and ski slope dp
Ink: Baja Breeze, Real Red, Old Olive, Chocolate Chip
Other: markers, circle punches, word window punch, white gel pen.

I'm Nuts About You! and My New Assignment too!

I have been wanting to do the challenges over at Our Creative Corner for so long now but for some reason I keep forgetting about them. So I left myself a note to check it out this week! I hope to join in on these a lot more often this year. The first challenge of the year for them was a sketch challenge. Here is the sketch.

And of course my card. I am still playing with my stamps from Our Craft Lounge. This is the Dr. Pea-Nut set. He is too cute don't you think? The card looks much cuter IRL. It looks kind of plain in the picture but I didn't and still don't think it is when I look at the REAL card. Funny how that works sometimes???

Stamps: Dr. Pea Nut (Our Craft Lounge)
Paper: Real Red, Pretty in Pink, Whisper White and a cut piece of a pre made Valentine.
Ink: Basic Black
Other: colored pencils, gamsol, copics, circle punches, scallop circle punch, misc ribbon

---------My New Assignment----------Lots of Stampin Up cards coming soon-------------

And now for all you Stampin Up! lovers out there, you are probably wondering if I sold all my Stampin Up stamps, lol! Well rest easy I did not and I still love them but have been having so much fun with all my other stamps too! There are so many great stamps available. The good news is that I was just hired as a as a "Creative Deisnger" for the month of January by Sherrill Graff! She is paying me to create cards for her using ALL Stampin Up! products. So during the month following our new catalog release you will see at least 50 or more cards using ALL Stampin Up stuff! So be ready. The best part is there there are others that were hired with me so they will all be posting the same amounts of Stampin Up cards for your viewing/casing pleasure! Here are the other talented Stampin Up! demonstrators that I will be priviliged enough to be working with. Be sure to check out their blogs-- they ROCK!

Happy Mother's Day a little early.

I know I know this is a bit early but I could not help but make this card with this adorable little boy. As soon as I got this set this was the first thing I thought of, he reminds me of my son bringing me flowers and what mom don't love that. Plus you know how I like to make my stamps work for more than they are originally designed for so it is great to use this for a non Valentines card! I used the MoJo Monday sketch #67 for the layout.

Stamps: Will You Be My Valentine (SUInk)
Paper: Certainly Celery, So Saffron, Bashful Blue dp, Whisper White, Basic Black
Ink: Basic Black
Other: Markers, colored pencils, ribbon, prima, brads, nestabilities

Don't forget these sets are available today! Check them out HERE!
