This one sure is. What fun I had making him too. I needed a card that could be for any age and and any gender. Although it might be on the young side it is so cute I think it could be used for anyone--what do you think?
I love the Pacific Point in the background. This actually started out as the 411 sketch for this week but it got a little out of wack--not even sure I should link up, lol. Any way do you want to know how I made it? Here you go.....
These are the Stampin Up! Punches I used..
And this give you some details about what each piece is used for..
I used thin strips of Basic Black for the antennas. I just rolled them around the end of a paint brush and then added two small hearts to each end.
Stamps Sets Used: Just Buzzin By, Love Defined and Teeny Tiny Wishes
Paper: Pacific Point, Basic Black, Whisper White, Riding Hood Red,
Ink: Real Red
Other: markers, end of pencil for rosy cheeks that don't really show up too well in the picture. Paint brush end to twirl antenna. Word Window Modern Label Punch
Don't forget about the blog candy! I am giving away one of my tutorials FREE all you have to do is leave a comment on this post HERE. (I am sure I will be picking more than one person, shhhh)
Hope your weekend is going nice and slow and that you are have time to enjoy family and friends. And of course time to stamp too!

I love your LOVE BUG!! It is so much fun to create things from punches, reminicent of childhood projects. I used to cut all kinds of hearts for my kids to use to assemble Valentines. Your love bug is right up that alley, with a new twist, and I know a 6 year old granddaughter who will love making these with me.
How adorable! This is the kind of crafts that I use to do for my class of preschoolers. They always had fun checking their items out!
