I had fun playing around with this month's paper pumpkin kit. I did not make the projects that they designed for us--I always have to be different, lol. So I made my own designs. I actually have six made so far but I am only going to share the two that are getting mailed out today for my Monday Mailer. I will show you the rest another day--maybe Wednesday??!!
So the first card is for a friend's birthday. It is not someone that I normally send birthday cards to but this is a milestone one so I thought it would be a nice surprise!
How fun are those cakes? It is fun to play around with these kits because everything you need is included except for a block and I added a black marker and ink pad. Just because--everyone has that. I did not want to add anything else though so that my Paper Pumpkin customers can re-create these cards I made without having lots of other supplies. So I hope my friend who is turning 50 likes this card.
Here is one more card from the kit that I made for a friend of my son's who jut graduated! So proud of him. One more year for my son--he should have been graduating with this group but I held him back in second grade--so one more year. Anyway, here is the card I am sending to him.
I thought I would show you the cards that were supposed to be made with the kit--because they are pretty awesome too.
Here are the supplies used....you can join the Paper Pumpkin kit club anytime and pick and chose the months you want to get! If you don't want it next month just let them know. Then start again the following month! I love the surprise each month so I NEVER say no!
